It's not inconceivable at all that if we keep all these picks, around half of them might step right in and produce at a high level. You HAD to make this move if you were Veach, especially when you're paying a franchise QB.
Pointing to the fact the Chiefs have a track record of finding instant impact players/starters at other positions outside of the first round doesn’t disprove the reality that they have also struggled to draft instant impact WR’s under Andy Reid.
