I don't know that 36 year old Ryan can best that production by much really. They will continue to run the offense through Taylor, so moving Wentz to get to Ryan is weird.
Although, they got a 2 and a 3 this year and a 3 next year... moved him and replaced with Ryan for a 3 with this cap. So, they netted a 2 and a 3 as well as all that cap.

Yeah, it just became cool to shit on Wentz by the end of the season.
He was...fine.
He stumbled down the stretch, for sure. He really had some poor games when Indy could've put themselves in the playoffs. But on balance I think he re-established that he's a starting caliber NFL quarterback.
That's better than 1/3 of the league will likely get this year.
