All of the talk that Russell Wilson will be walking into a more talented/better team in Denver than what he had in Seattle... what will be remaining for him in Denver after the trade may not be much more of an upgrade from his surrounding talent in Seattle.

Denver doesn't have a WR or offensive weapon anything close to the likes of DJ Metcalf.
They gave up a backup QB. They gave up one of the guys in the D-line rotation. They gave up their starting TE, but have another TE almost as good, just as fast and excellent hands (Albert O from Missouri)

They give up their first rounder this year and next year. They give up one of their second rounders this year but have another they got in a trade for Miller. They also give up a second rounder next year, but have two third round picks this year. They give up a fourth rounder, but get a fifth rounder back along with Wilson and have two third round picks this season.

On the offense, they still have a solid WR corps in Patrick, Sutton, Jeudy and Hamler. They have a very young offensive line that has a hole at RT to fill, but they are changing their offensive system to an outside zone running scheme (the same used in GB and also was used by Shanahan in Denver in the 90's) and they have Javonte Williams running the ball and catching out of the backfield.

The defense will be roughly the same as last year. Fangio's replacement as D-coordinator is from the Fangio tree and understands the defense and most of the pieces are already in place.

Will there be hiccups? No doubt, but I noticed that the Chiefs this past year didn't look like the team that won the SB two years ago, either. Everything changes.
