Damn me for just starting to eat keto for weight loss last week... I've been putting the ghost pepper sauce on chicken thighs. No easy way to cool down when I can't slug milk or eat a slice of bread. Once I hit my goal weight and start easing back into carbs, mac & cheese will have to be a go-to.
