The issue isn't even necessarily if you don't get it - its if you DO.

Right now the Chargers could be content to be conservative and get it to OT. But if you take the lead, they're going to drive it and the D just doesn't have much left.

So yeah, I guess you kick the XP, hope they pump the brakes on offense, you win the coin toss and drive down for the W.

It's a tough spot. Inside 45 seconds I'd have gone for 2 but with that kind of time and 2 TOs - I think kicking it is fine.
