As a freezer-->skillet meal, probably 7-8.
As a 'premium' PF Chang offering, . . probably 5-5.5.
Fresh tasting flash frozen veggies in big chunks [peppers, snap peas, carrot] big pieces of whole chicken breast, decently creamy sauce.
But noodles are noodles, and the sauce is good but not distinctive. Hard to summarize, but best effort is; you'll say 'this is tasty' but not necessarily 'now THIS is coconut and curry like I've always craved!!'
