I've had the stuffed poblanos at Ponaks SW Blvd just west of I-35. I thought they were excellent. Its a pretty popular menu item in many Mexican restaurants so probably find a good one in your neck of the woods.

Edit: Looked at their online menu and don't see them so strike that.


I haven't made but if you have an air fryer many good easy recipes online to make them.
