That team won't get fixed until it fixes its arrogance problem. It's been there for decades, and it hasn't gone away even with these years of suck following their Super Bowl.
First they thought 7th rounders like Semen and Swag Kelly were the answer. Then they said, "Fine, we'll spend a 1st rounder on a rookie" but got overconfident when he ended up being a bust. They've since given up finding franchise guys, because they believe their surrounding team is sooooo good that they can Trent Dilfer their way back to glory. And now they're making piddleshit offers to other teams, thinking they can just have established guys in their primes for pennies. As if they're OWED a QB.
