I'll slowly build up a stock of bourbon this year with the Flaviar subscription, but probably nothing amazing... the first bottle was Heaven's Door, Bob Dylan's bourbon.
....also bought some more Elijah Craig and then a bottle of Devil's River coffee bourbon.
Also had a tasting box and the best of the 3 was a Widow Jane 10 year from New York. As a bourbon n00b, it's a great way to get into it.
They 'opened their vault' the other day, where they have a $500 of Weller full proof and sold a $3600 bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 20 year, and $4300 for the same 23yo, and the list goes on...... I thought about flipping one of several in the ~$500 range, but they all seemed to be the going rates with no special discount at all.
