2019 and 2020 were arguably great, even though they didn't have a 1st round pick in 2019 either. Aside from the individual guys that are starters and contributed, EVERY SINGLE ONE of our draft picks from 2019 and 2020 are still on the team and getting snaps. That's almost unheard of.

He has done a great job at acquiring depth.
The only thing that he hasn't done that Dorsey did is draft any bonafide superstars.
