As a Raiders fan I agree. I know when I'm there I'll be tempted to party. Players will especially be tempted if the team has a 2-9 record and season is pretty much over.
Lots of Raiders STH are from out of town as well and won't be going to every game. I have two seats and I might go to 3-4 games a year which leaves other games to be sold to possible opposing fans. Vegas is definitely a different type of destination than any other city in the NFL.
