Yeah, but it's not just DC. It can happen in any thread. People know just not to say a banned word and you can be as racist as you like. Basically the whole site is NSFW now, because that sort of thing is just as NSFW as pron is.
People who post manifestly racist things should be banned for being miserable users who are a detriment to the community. Just about every internet forum operates that way. People don't have a
right to post on a site. On any other forum I frequented, someone like that would have been chucked out early on and nobody would ever miss them.
On CP you have long-timers who can get away with whatever and cliques and friendships influence things. Mods don't want to hear people complain, I get it. But if you don't maintain a place like this it turns into a trailer park
