They work out together. I'm sure they're good friends. And I'm sure Lamar Jackson is just doing his best "team leader" impersonation and implying that Brown's "Veteran Leadership" would be valuable in their young receiving room.
The Ravens actually signing Brown would be a much dumber statement.
