I think he's a lot more important than some give him credit for even though he doesn't call plays. Especially with player motivation, you always see him going around pumping guys up, and you can tell they genuinely love him.
I'm sure if he really pushed he could have gotten hired for some shit organization this year, but he has no reason to do that. Just wait for the right opportunity. With that said, I'm sure he's as good as gone this next off-season if we have another year like we all expect. Nice to have him one year longer than we probably should have, though.

He's the best RB coach in the NFL. And for that reason alone I wish he'd stay.
