How do you tell if a card is legit off of ebay? It can come down to many factors. Putting it easily as possible. Thinking back to when you were a kid before they put autographs in packs and you had a card signed by a player at a card show, or game. Modern hand signed cards without a maker guarantee on the back. Those are the type of cards to stay the hell away from. A card made today will be guaranteed by the maker. On the back of a hand signed Panini card will say, This autograph is guaranteed by Panini. The sticker autos will say the same but have a hologram in the sticker. On a hand signed Topps it will say on the back, You recieved a Topps Certified autograph from whatever product it may it be from. Topps Sticker autos will have hologram as well in the sticker. Each maker Panini, Topps/Bowman, Leaf, Upper Deck have there own modern day authenticating markers on their cards.
