Only thing to do is get bids.
Probably best to just keep working the guts. I’d be checking suspension and ignition components next. Be sure it’s got fresh fuel and air filters and run the girl.
If you want to shine it up a good coat of wax is your friend. If the headlights are cloudy there are some good restoration products out there.
I’d probably move a different direction than paint.
