He needs some polish, no doubt, but he has elite measureables, including things that relate to short-area quickness - which is huge in route-running.
Putting him in a situation where he’s surrounded by technicians at his position and can be rolled into game action in specific situations that accentuate his already-present skills could work.
He didn’t have to work off rough edges in the college game but could do so quickly at the NFL level, IMO.
It’s probably a stretch for KC at 32, but at 63 it would be worth it.
