Some ones I recently tried:
Woodinville (nice, sweet, light, with spice, vanilla bean and caramel)
Bulleit 10 year (oak, dried fruit, and smoky finish)
Bowman Port Barrel Finish (Port fragrance on the nose, baked fruit, char finish)
Balcones Baby Blue (butter popcorn aromas and tastes with caramel notes)
Balcones Brimstone (Bold Texas whiskey with strong BBQ/bacon overtones)
Widow Jane 12 (pear and butterscotch up front, smoky chocolate finish)
Peerless Single Barrell (creme broulet, roasted nuts, salted caramel)
All very different, but good in their own right. The Texas whiskeys are truly unique, made from blue heritage corn. I keep turning to them even if my mind tells me not to.

For you whiskey drinkers...try Peerless. They're pretty new, and way overpriced, but I suspect they're going to be an ultra-premium distiller in short order.
