They're slow, but big and physical.
You don't need fast LB's to stop the run. Fast LB's are good for rushing the passer or playing in coverage. You need a front 7 that plays disciplined and maintains their gaps, and doesn't leave cutback lanes wide open. Which is what the Chiefs have been doing for the past two months.
Now, i imagine Shana-Rat will attempt to get his RB's in space, which certainly favors the 9ers. But i expect that, if that mismatch is killing us, Spags will adjust as he's done most of this season. Don't be surprised if he adjusts by assigning a DB to shadow your RB's, he's done that before too.
