As much as niner fans crap on Alex Smith, its funny that they would sign a younger version of him.
He was literally Alex Smith this year.
8 games under 200 yards passing. EIGHT. Half the season hes 200 or less. Thats game manager tattooed on the forehead.
His 3 games of 300 or above came twice against Arizonas dead last defense, and one good game against New Orleans.
Two to one td ratio at 27 TD to 13 int and TEN fumbles. Jesus even checkdown Alice wasnt that bad.
His post season has him at 208 yards, 1 td and 1 int in two contests. Really impressive stuff.
If the running game of SF is contained, Jimmy cannot deliver this game with his arm against Mahomes.
