That's right because I was talking about wins and when I read that in the prior post, I thought you were giving a range of 6-10 wins.

Yeah, there's still hope... and in the grand scheme of things, this 3 year under .500 skid is nothing really. It's not on the scale of the Lions or Browns historically. Sure, it could be - anything is possible, I just don't see it happening in Denver. Call me naive, a blind homer or whatever, that's the stance.
Fangio and the coaches definitely have had some confusing moments, but I think this year more than others has been the worst kind of transition year possible. Never once under Vance did I think that he or the team had a positive arrow up going forward. I'm not suggesting these guys are going to compete for the division title consistently going forward, but the direction is better and that's in part because they're drafting better.
It's a world of mediocrity and suck right now and I'll be curious to see how they fight in the final two games. They can finish with 2 wins and that is the best path forward for them to close the season and leave things for the offseason.
