I'm good with them being this terrible for another couple of seasons. It'd be fun to watch them wallow in Cleveland Browns-like misery.
They're already off to a great start. Can't keep a head coach longer than 2 seasons, and can't find a non-Manning QB who can reasonably last as the starter longer than 2 seasons. They've drafted bust QBs from the 1st round to the 7th, traded for washed up veterans, and overpaid for JAG QBs in free agency. And no matter who they trot out there, they can never give them a decent enough OL to keep them protected.
Now, it IS difficult to sustain that kind of losing over the longterm like Cleveland, but if there's any man I have faith in to make it happen, it's John Elway.
