Kofi's butial aside - and who knows where that leads; Bryan got buried like that once... - that was a pretty phenomenal show last night
The question they face, both AEW and WWE, is how or even if they can maintain that kind of heat moving forward. Because you only get one premiere and then it's all downhill from there. The Rock can't open the show again, a major AEW heel faction reminiscent of the nWo can't form every week, Balor and Chiampa can't surprise return again.
Wanting to see where all this leads should generate audience for a week or two, but then what can or will they do to retain people. The honeymoon period will end, for all of them.
