I wanted to be kindof annoyed and say "hey kid, quit that shit!"

But the reason his teammates would crawl over broken glass while it was on fire and electrified (somehow) for him is that they just love playing with him. And they love playing with him because he loves playing the game.

And this is the kinda shit he's always gonna do when he's just out there having a good time with his boys.

Sometimes it's gonna bit us. It may bite us in a big BIG way one of these seasons. But it's part of the package that will make him the best QB in football for a decade and if you take it away from him and make him more robotic, part of the thing that makes him love the game and his teammates love him will be missing.

I think you just shrug and move on here, to be honest. It's against my better judgment, but it's what makes him who he is.
