Doesn't matter as has been said 1000s of time here and elsewhere it was the lie not the incident. He swore to Clark and Andy that he wasn't there. Then the video came out and he was there. He lied to the organization and the team owner. That left the organization and the NFL to investigate and get on top of it. The lying not the incident sealed his fate with the Chiefs.
