He had a way out of that mess, but his real problem was he felt just as trepidatious about the 2017 QB Class as he did Paxton Lynch. He bought everybody else's evaluations of those QBs hook line and sinker, so he passed on it all.

And if that weren't bad enough, when he was REALLY in a prime spot to fix the Paxton Lynch mistake, he made it far worse by blowing his wad on Case Keenum and completely ignoring the 2018 QB class! What for? So he could give dead-in-the-water Lynch another chance? So he could buy time for Swag Kelly to make his glorious entrance to the top?

After Manning left, Elway had multiple outs to get out of his QB hell hole. He had MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES to fix the position, and when he made the wrong choice, he was YET AGAIN bailed out by multiple opportunities to fix all those mistakes on top of the hole at QB! He zigged when he should have zagged at every occasion.

Elway was not going to draft a QB in the first round in 2017 after taking one in 2016? Yeah, you're right. It is pretty simple to understand-- Elway is ****ing clueless.

It makes you wonder if he simply reads the draft magazines and uses them for his big board. I think he's that ****ing stupid, at least as far as QBs go.

It makes me wonder what they're trying to accomplish. I mean, they've been a garbage team for several years. Why not just tank and go for a complete rebuild? It could be that's what they are actually doing, but donk fan certainly doesn't seem to think so. Is horseface really this good of a con man? Is that why he hired Jim Tomsula 2.0?
