I'll try to remember to take pics of what comes off the grill, even though my phone didn't make my last (for re-=heating) rib pics, look yery good. i got zero response... It had a 1/4" smoke ring that camera didn't show..... because it was Pecan?
i took a slab to work, they are begging for more. I ask $1 a bone to pay for food. I never knew there were 20+ bones in a rack
