Well, I don't know, man. 2 years isn't enough time to properly evaluate a GM I don't think, but then Cleveland has long been a shit place to work with no direction or patience.

But in those two years, the team made no real strides.

so far, Dorsey has averaged plus 7 wins in both of his first seasons as GM.

He has his faults no doubt. But quick turnarounds are kind of his thing at this point.
