BBQ joint in emporia would do smoked prime rib on fridays. It was amazeballs. Just serve it rare as ****. Or at least rather than you’d eat a steak.
Theirs didn’t have bark or anything so they might have smoked it a couple hours and foiled it.
Goddamn it was amazing.
