Honestly...play ****ing Lucas instead of Ron ****ing Parker for one.

Sutton refuses to simplify his scheme and play the younger players. So they have no chance to develop. He refuses to adapt his defense to talent and is failing to adjust to today's NFL.

That is enough grounds to kick his ass to the curb.
