If the NFL truly wants a better product then start holding these stupid ****ing refs to a higher standard. Grade every performance and if they don't hit the minimum grade after half the season fire them. If they don't like it, then go out and hire full time refs. I'm sure there are tons of people who would love the opportunity to be full-time refs.
