Musgrave is 'ok' as a QB guy, OC... and I'm really just fine if they fired Vance today. Seriously, there's no chemistry to break. The team is so lethargic, there's no central purpose - no identity. That all comes from the coach and Radio ain't getting it done.

I think Elway's biggest flaw is unable to identify QB's thus far. Paxton hasn't worked out for you guys. Brought back Brock, and that was a disaster right from the beginning. I mean, when Denver signed Keenum, I thought that was a low floor/high risk, and he was bound to regress to the mean after having a good year last year.
That being said, I do think (speaking as a non-Chief/football fan point of view) Denver would be best served to move on from Vance. The hire itself was questionable at best as he had only one year of coordinating experience.
