I saw some stats I wasn't aware of, even in todays flag happy game, Jacksonville is 31 in penalties and dead last in yards, so apparently they love getting a shit ton of penalties that could be very helpful.
Also if you look at Bortles splits, hes not a horrible QB at home...on the road though way worse player.
