Y'know...you're right. I hadn't really thought about it, but I do think more of his deep shots tended to be to his right side.

I wonder how much of that has to do with Reid's deep passing game generally revolving around his Z receiver, who would tend to line up to the strong side (generally the right) far more often than not.

With the addition of Watkins and the fact that Reid now has both Watkins and Hill focusing on both the X and Z routes and being largely interchangeable, I wonder if that hasn't given Mahomes more freedom to throw to either side and increases the likelihood of big shots available in all thirds.

May just be a Smith thing, but it could also be a scheme change.
