I use Signature FCU. They used to be NAPUS FCU and were only available for Postmasters and their families but opened it up a couple years ago. I've had them for over 20 years. My last loan through them was 1.9%, current rate is 2.9%. They have decent online tools, an app for your phone, etc. Getting a loan through them for a vehicle has always been a piece of cake for me.
