Chad Kelly will start at least two games for the Broncos this year. Other starting quarterbacks this year will be Chase Keenum, Paxton Lynch, Brock Osweiler (acquired via trade), Cooper Manning (street free agent!), and in a meaningless Week 17, Von Miller.
