Bench Erving and replace him with Ehinger or Witzmann. Half of the problems will go away.
That's not necessarily a compliment to Ehinger or Witzmann. It's the Mike McGlynn-effect, where an OG can be SO bad, that his replacement who is just kind of meh makes things exponentially better for the OL and the offense.
