They started in October...not January. His arm isn't going to fall off overnight. He started fading hard a few month later.
Elway forced him to take a paycut after 2014...why? Again he was 4700/39 TDS...no top3 QB takes a paycut unless they both knew it was over...which it was. He was terrible.
