It's a full blender. I get about four shakes out of it, two a day for me.

I also do my best to get 80 ounces of water down my gullet, but that doesn't always get accomplished. I'm thinking about installing a small TV at eye level behind the toilet, 80oz of water seems to yield 200oz of pee!
