My smoothies today was:
* 1/2 cup of oatmeal
* Tsp of ground matcha tea
* Sweetener
* Tbsp honey
* 1 cup mixed frozen fruit
* 2.5 cups mixed frozen veggies
* 1/2 cup of banana chips
* 15 Sumatra coffee beans
* 1 cup concord grape juice
* 1 cup almond milk
Yeah, it takes a Vitamix to smoothie those frozen fruits and veggies...
