Wow, I love me some elote. I've done my best to recreate it with these products, but I just don't have it perfect yet. I'll have to ask my south-of-the-border friends at the lake this year. They've helped me find some seriously awesome south-of-the-border markets, perhaps they can help me perfect elotes too..
