The white pizza was really good man. I smeared the bed of the crust with ricotta, sauteed mushrooms with fresh garlic, oregano, and chives, put a sprinkling of grated fontina and parmesan, and topped with mozzarella. Once it was cooked, a little balsamic glaze drizzle.
I have three more dough balls in the fridge; two are going to be par-cooked for later in the week, but tomorrow's lunch is another white pizza.

Definitely a compliment...that pizza looked fantastic. Good ricotta on a white pizza is one of the better things in life.
