I made some baked chicken thighs. This marinade was quite tasty.
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
5 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
6 cloves of garlic minced
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Whisk. Marinate chicken thighs for 2 hours to overnight. Bake everything in a 9x13 pan at 425F for 20-25 minutes.
