Yea a guy that is 5'9 is gonna struggle with the bigger WR's of today, his ACL injury hurt his speed which without I'm not sure what he has.
If you sign him you're thinking 2 years removed from that injury maybe some of his speed returns and he can become a dynamic ballhawk again.
