Agreed, there can be no gray area.
After graduation-still wrong. NOPE. Sorry, but laws can't be bent to suit your needs. if it's a teacher from their previous high school, I would call (within a short time frame) that the same as if they were attending. Creepy. Not an issue so far
College teacher and student. NO.**** If a teacher comes on to my kid in college-firing will be the last thing they have to worry about. If your kid goes after the, father figure (assumption), wise professor, you will spend your days taking if up the ass from Bruno. Criminal law says it's fine, State funded schools should certainly make it a fireable offense, as should all.
The human brain and its ability to make good decisions may not be fully developed by age 25. For some we see it takes longer.
I will never agree to it. But amazed every time I read it.

Policy on Consensual Relationships
Relationships in the Instructional Context. A faculty member shall not have an amorous or sexual relationship,
consensual or otherwise, with a student who is enrolled in a course being taught by the faculty member or whose
performance is being supervised or evaluated by the faculty member.
2. Relationships outside the Instructional Context. A faculty member should be careful to distance himself or herself from
any decisions that may reward or penalize a student with whom he or she has or has had an amorous or sexual
relationship, even outside the instructional context, especially when the faculty member and student are in the same
academic unit or in units that are allied academically.
