I always thought the Royal Rumble was the worst ppv to buy, even back in the Attitude era when I was buying every WWF ppv. Just too long, boring. Match's only significance is when you get down to the last 4 or so. And the entrance music suspense to see who's going to come out? Zzzz, doesn't get me. Many finishing moves can't be performed (for a win, which captivates the crowd/energy) because you have to leave the ring via over the top rope. Just not my cup of tea I guess.
