Oh - I can be a TOTAL TARD too at times.
BTW, I think you're spot on with Winston. Dude blows. Interesting that you should bring him up as he is the polar opposite of Deshawn Watson. Winston has been coddled wherever he goes. He was an AWESOME HS athlete, and because of it, was allowed to get away with many things that you or I would not be able to. That was also the case in college. Instead of learning character lessons that come from taking responsibility, he learned how to take short cuts - and it's catching up with him on and off the field.
Watson was the same AWESOME HS athlete, BUT that's where the comparison stops, as he never took short cuts. Dude has a very high character and a history of outstanding work ethic. When you're gifted like both were, its sometimes harder to work hard top get better than it is if you're not gifted. So many distractions to overcome. It takes great discipline. It's paying off at this level. If he stays healthy, he has a good chance to be a special QB.
I sure hope Mahomes is not forever known as the guy picked one position ahead of Deshawn Watson. I don't think that will be the case as I believe both have a chance to be special. Mahomes is of the same cloth, only he wasn't as heavily recruited by all of the P5 schools like Watson was, but he does have the same outstanding work ethic and discipline.
