Given his experience level and the amount of molding he needs, it's certainly a possibility, and the likelihood is far greater than a lot of people on here want to admit. However, if it happens, you just throw him in the gutter and go draft another. Conversely, you can sign a veteran retread, win 8-10 games a year, and then talk about how drafting a QB that busts wastes the prime years of your other players (as though the veteran QB isn't doing the same goddamned thing with a lower ceiling).
