That sir, is how you do Hash Browns.
In college a buddy of mine and I used to grab breakfast on Sundays. We'd always try to make time to make it happen regardless of what was going on. Anyway, he wanted his has browns extra crispy and would like totally melt down if they were mushy, which was a tough ask in Emporia Kansas.
Point is, your hash browns would be Drewfus approved!
