That's actually not a bad idea. The NFL is an entertainment property. they should hire someone from Hollywood, or a huge global marketing CEO to run the league.
If this was the business world: Sales are down, brand equity is down, operations are suffering. The CEO would be shitcanned months ago. Not be asking for a 70% pay increase and lifetime mile high club.
